Iran is prepared to restart nuclear talks with the United States on condition that it is handled with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

Subsequently, European countries exercised their privilege to reinstate UN-wide sanctions, but Iran asserts they have not had a substantial consequence.

Magic Solution Offered

Iranian officials claimed they felt they had achieved a "ideal resolution" to the uranium processing matter in prior discussions, when it was agreed an Iran-based consortium with American involvement could enrich uranium. The two nations would have been able to declare success since home-based processing would have remained and the US could be confident that Iran's enrichment initiative was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been settled in the discussions that Washington's technical specialists could function inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer. Diplomats stated three times they had secured an understanding with Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff only for the arrangement to disintegrate due to "spoilers in Washington".

Existing Position

In his address to the gathering, designed to portray the US as a hegemonic power that misuses the idea of international law, the foreign minister stated the fortnight-long engagement demonstrated the clash could not be resolved by combat operations. He said the attacks commenced with a US demand for an complete Tehran capitulation and culminated with an absolute demand for a truce.

Iran is certain the first strikes by Israel were mounted with total Washington understanding and collaboration, making confidence hard to restore.

Araghchi declared: "Tehran was not the one that had deserted diplomacy; it was the United States and the European states that had always tried to impose their demands during the negotiations. Dialogue can still be active and continues the ultimate answer to settle disagreements, but its requirements, guidelines and tenets must be adhered to."

Recovery and Rebuilding

In what is described by Tehran representatives as the conflict of repair and recovery, Araghchi stated he was assured Iran's military capacities "are considerably enhanced than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Every aspect of our defense have been reestablished. We gained many lessons from this engagement; we have come to know our own weaknesses and the weaknesses of the adversary."

He continued: "We managed to survive this war. Our enrichment knowledge, which they planned to destroy, remains in place. The facilities and machinery, if eliminated, will be rebuilt; what is important is the will of the Iranian people and then the social solidarity that they sought to undermine, but failed to break. The nation of Iran have developed more resilient, more integrated, and more backing of the leadership and the country in the face of this assault."
